{Anderson Reunion}....2013.

{The First day of Kindergarten}....for the little man started on August 27, 2013. He was really nervous and not very excited because he only knew a couple of the kids going into his class and he didn't know his teacher at all. After about the first week of school, he was addicted and know he sits in the car and waits for me to get him there. I am so glad that he loves it, I feel bad for those parents of kids who hate school. His teacher this year is Mrs. Werber and she is just great, she really cares about the kids, wants and expects them to learn. He has made a lot of new friends this year....Cooper Urie, Hudson Springer, Ryder Miller, Van, Wyatt Zimmerman, Nicole Jacobsen, Bridger Holyoak just to name a few. He has gotten so smart over the last few months and I hope that he will keep up the good work. LIFE IS GOOD.

{My hobby}....as I like to call it, has turned into a nice little business for me. I was extremely busy this past fall and was able to photograph lots of cute families, kiddos and seniors. I designed 28 christmas cards and was a little crazy for most of the fall. I am happy that it all turned out well and have been able to finally breath this last couple of weeks. Here is to another busy christmas season....LIFE IS GOOD.

{Is it baseball season}.....YET? Jaden decided not to play basketball this year as a junior. I was a little sad when he first broke the news to us, and then realized that it was his choice and he could focus more on just baseball. It is crazy that I really haven't missed it like I thought I would. He has stayed busy lifting weights in the morning and hitting and throwing after school. I am getting excited for baseball season to roll around, and I really hope that all of his hard work will pay off...I love this boy of mine. LIFE IS GOOD.

{The time of year}....for sicknesses. We are very fortunate in our little household, we hardly ever get sick around here (i shouldn't say that out loud) but it hit my kids hard this last week. Jaden started out with a cough and his really didn't amount to much and then New Year's Eve Day the little man got hit with it pretty bad. He has been coughing, fevering and just plain feeling like crap for about 5 days. I was getting worried when he didn't eat anything for 3 days and heaven knows my skinny kids can't afford to lose a pound. Today, finally a week later the little man is getting back to his old self, running around like a crazy man and has attempted to eat a little. Today was his first day back to daycare and when I asked what he ate for lunch he said dog poop and fries. Really?...He is such a picky eater which makes it hard. I hate when my kiddos are sick, and am so glad we are on the mend. Hopefully, it just skips past us...LIFE IS GOOD.

HAlloWEen}....I realize very clearly that it is the first part of January and sadly I am barely getting around to posting Halloween. My blog will be full of the most random happenings of 2013 while I try to organize my pictures and get caught up. Halloween 2013 was super fun. Jaxen decided that he wanted to be a nerd and he played the part awesome. We had the annual Halloween Party at Grandma Ellett's house, the kids had a cupcake walk, lots of treats and don't forget that the witch shows up and scares the crap out of most of the kiddos. Jaxen is not a huge fan of trick or treating, and after a few houses he would rather just go home and pass out candy ton all the little monsters that make their appearance on our porch. All in all another successful SPOOKY NIGHT.....

{This pictures sure reminds me}....of the little man. He is full of life, sassy, to smart for his own good, and funny. His teachers at school are constantly telling me how he brings so much to the classroom and how all the kids just gravitate towards him. He has this super bad habit of biting his fingernails that is driving me crazy. Despite it all, I love him. LIFE IS GOOD.

{BRING IT ON}.....2014. I am not a resolution type of girl, simply because I chose not to set myself up for failure. There are a few or a lot of things I am hoping for this coming year. I believe that we are responsible for our own happiness, if you truly want it you have to go and get it. I do know that I am back on the blog, I want to document my sometimes fabulous, sometimes boring life...

{The little man}....what can I say, wants to be a rockstar and a farmer. Does that seem to go hand in hand, not really if I should say so myself. He is in this phase where he looovvvveees music. He listens to it 24/7 and knows the words to hundreds of songs. I tried getting him into private singing lessons, but everyone that I talked with say that they won't take boys until they are 11 years old, because when their voice change with maturity the vocals also change. Derek won't let me put him into the drama club, so I guess we will just let him rock out at home. He is super great right now, and makes me so happy. He loves to hang out with me and I guess the rest of the family, but mostly me. I am his favorite.
