{I love HAPPY}....sometimes you are and sometimes you aren't, it is how it goes. Only you can change things.

{Happy Day}.....the sun is shining, maybe if we are lucky spring is on it's way.

{Sometimes}....we talk before we think, we are all guilty of it to some degree. We don't realize the impact small things have. A lesson has been learned this week, it makes me sad....but life goes on.

{HApPy ValEnTiNes DaY}......we sure had a good one. The little man and I just hung out most of the day like usual, we made few treats and took a few pictures. Jaden had his last basketball game of the season against Cedar and they won...YIPEeeeE. Yeah for winning and for the season being over. Time to move on....

{I might or might not be shedding a tear or 5}....as I write this post, which is silly according to Derek. So it goes like this, a couple of weeks ago, Jaden got a wild hair and decided that he wanted to move downstairs where he would have more privacy and a lot more of his own space. I get it, I realize that he is almost 16, but come on now this is coming from a kid that used to lay in his bed 10 feet from our room and cough like he was dying so I would have to get up and go in there. He would get sent to bed and then would get scared and he would lay in his bed and cough until I would finally go in there and lay down by him and then like a miracle the cough was gone and he would go to sleep. This went on for a year or two and I kind of forgot that he used to do that. Now when I walk down the hall and see his room gone it makes me realize that time is slipping away to fast and I don't like it one little bit. I thought for sure he would stay down there for a couple of nights and then want to move right back up. Nope...he loves his space, his room, his own bathroom, two big TVs, mom not nagging him, brother not bothering him as bad, cranking up his tunes. It bothers me, I will admit it makes me want to cry every time I walk down the hall and realize that his room he has occupied for 13 years is gone and life goes on, kids grow up and move on to different things. We can't change it...it is what it is. I love my boy.

{Seriously, high-school baseball tryouts}....in two weeks. The groundhog didn't see his shadow which I thought meant an early spring. Come on winter we are done with you, it is time for you to get up and move on out of here.
