(Come one weather}....a little cooperation would be nice. If it is not windy, it is snowy, if it is not snowy it is just really cold. Every day I just keep getting a little further behind. Maybe just one or two nice days?????

{I love this boy}....even with his crazy mohawk haircut and his funny personality. I love that he cares about his grades (sometimes a little to much). I love how he wanted to take valentines to his teachers but he thought maybe he was to old. I love that the cares about how he looks. I love that he a lot of friends and always has someone to hang with. I love that he cares about everything and everybody (even our paper delivery boy). I love that he puts up with his little brother. I love that he is good to us and is always willing to help out. I love that he is clean. I love that I could go on and on.....

but I won't because he hates when I post stuff..

{Another basketball season}.....has come to an end. The basketball season went really fast this year. Jaden, as a freshmen really had a lot of fun during the season. He didn't get a lot of playing time but he kept a good attitude and played hard when a got a chance. We enjoyed traveling around and watching his team play. They had a great season and even though I don't know exactly what the record was we won a lot of games and played really good. I am glad that Jaden got the chance to play and hopefully an inch or 6 will really next help him for next year.....

{Have a Happy One}.....that is Valentine's Day. You didn't forget did you? I hope not, I love Valentine's Day. Love is in the air (so is a whole lot of snow, we are getting dumped on right this very minute.) Have a lovey, dovey day...

{I love February....one of my most favorite months of the year}. It is starting to get warmer and the sun stays out longer, can't wait for spring.

I love running.....makes me happy.

{Happy Birthday}....little man. Can it be possible that you just turned "4".

You were so excited for your birthday this year. It started like a pretty normal day, you slept in (which is your favorite thing to do), you got McDonald's pancakes which don't happen very often but you sure do love them, you played with a couple of your new toys, and you layed around and watched a little TV.

Then on to the fun stuff, your birthday pirate party. You had all kinds of fun pirate loot at your party, lots of friends and cousins came, you opened and got alot of fun presents, and you were so excited that Grandpa and Grandma Ellett made it. I thought that you had died and gone to heaven when you seem their truck pull into the drive. You had so much fun at your party and you really loved the Kindle Fire that you got from us.

This could or could not be a fabulous babysitter....the problem is limiting the time on it. I hope that you had a wonderful 4th birthday and even though you test my patience a million times a day, I am so glad that you are mine.....

{Pretty sure the conversation went something like this}.....
Jaxen: Comes out of his room itching under his arm and his belly.
Me: What's the problem, why are you itchy?
Jaxen: Fleas, definetely fleas.
Me: Really, I don't think so.
Jaxen: Do you know what fleas are?
Me: Yes.
Jaxen: Little pests that bite you and suck your blood.
Me: I am pretty sure that only dogs get fleas.
Jaxen: Well then I must be a dog.
