halloween baseball weekend....

once again no pictures of my jaden man....all of the sudden halloween is lame and so are pictures.....we are headed out for baseball again this weekend so i decided to dress jax up early and let him go trick or treating to a couple of places..... it don't understand why halloween has to be
freaking cold every year, hopefully it will be a little warmer down south playing baseball....i love my scarecrow baby and my baseball kid....

winter...

it's crazy to me how it goes from gorgeous fall days to extremely freezing days in a matter of a week....

hard...on a more personal note

-life is hard when you go down into your basement to clean and you realize that in your spare bedroom that you never use has been flooded and water has been leaking into it for who knows how long and now the disaster people and the insurance adjustors get to come in and invade your home until they can get the mess cleaned up....

-life is hard when you set and worry about the swine flu and all the sicknesses that are going around and wondering if you should immunize your kids or let whatever happens happen...

-life is hard when you clean and do laundry all day long just to go to bed to realize that you get to wake up and do it all again...

-life is hard when you have friends that are struggling in the world and there is not one darn thing you can do about it....

-life is hard when my almost 2 year old has reverted back to a newborn and is waking up every 2 hours for whatever reason...

-life is hard when i am up late blogging and i have to get up early.....on that note c/ya

random thoughts...

due to a water leak in our basement i had to bring up all of my scrapbooks and pictures....that's not an easy task when you have as many scrapbooks and pictures as i have....as i brought them up i sat down and started going through my scrapbooks from like 10 years ago...boy does time fly when you start looking back....my little jaden man from the t-ball years, pictures of jaden with my grandparents who have now passed on...i was feeling pretty sentimental looking back at all of the good times i have had in my life and i am so glad that i love to take pictures and scrapbook memories.....things that i would have forgotten about if i didn't have them stored in books...

happy fall...

my boys love jackets....i thought it might just be a jaden thing because he is always looking for a new jacket loves them has a big collection of them...this love has moved on down to jaxen who loves loves loves jackets..every morning he wants to put one on and believe it or not he is sleeping with one on right now....i try to take it off and he throws a complete fit..my favorite thing is watching jaxen walk around with his cute chubby little hands in the pockets...

did i forget...

did i forget to mention that i have two kids (ha ha)....as i was looking back on my blog i realized i sure post a lot more pictures of jaxen....well the reason for that is jaxen is still small enough to bribe him to take pictures and jaden absolutely hates it so there you go i do have two kids and i do love them both the same....

can't hardly believe that the kids went to bed early and i am going to bed with a clean house.....i can honestly say that, has not happened in a while....enjoy for a minute because tomorrow starts a new day of messes...

have i ever once mentioned how much i love this little guy....what a funny little kid he is...he absolutely loves his dad and his brother and can't wait for them to get home from work and school....already he wants to be on the baseball field and he thinks he knows how to hold a bat....he has such a cute personality and is either giving kisses and hugs or bites and digs depends on the day....

we finished...yeah

so let's just say that the ragner relay was amazing....we had a great time RUNNING, visiting, trying to sleep and driving for 25 hours 57 minutes and 48 seconds....our estimated time to finish was 26 hours so we beat our time by a couple of minutes....i had a chance to meet some great new friends and catch up with the other people that i knew.....that was probably one of the most extreme races i have done, the last leg of the race was very hard with no sleep and not much food we had to push up a hill in about 80 degrees i was really glad to be done....on a sadder note a runner in this relay was hit and killed by a 20 year old drunk driver....the kid that was hit was a 33 year old father of 3 from Utah... we had a ROCKIN time can't wait for the wasatch back baby....

RAGNER RELAY here we come...it is here the 9th of October and we are headed down south somewhere between Las Vegas and California to run a crazy relay....10 people ...182 miles....can't wait...really excited. I haven't raced or done many long runs since the babe was born 20 months ago, it might really hurt and i might not be able to walk when i am done but oh we are going to have a lot of fun.....to bad my little sisters dogged out on me it would have been fun to do it with them, maybe next time......

love my boys....jaden is growing right up starting to get interested in girls and all that fun stuff that teenage boys do....loves to go hunting with his dad (old enough this year for his own tag) loves to play baseball...loves to clean the house and keep everything neat...what a great kid...jaxen what a little stinker...we love him so much and can't wait to see what the next day is going to bring...he is always up to something and loves to pull everything out of the cupboards and play in the oven...i love my boys...
